Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in warehouse/dock environments
- Load/unload trucks and containers following strict safety protocols
- Inventory management and stock rotation using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to maximize operational efficiency
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
