Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials and products
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment before and after shifts
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflows and efficiency
- Load and unload trucks with precision and attention to detail
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 7 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends if needed
