About the Role:
As a Forklift Operator, you'll ensure the smooth flow of warehouse operations while maintaining the highest safety standards. Your work directly impacts our clients' supply chains and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks with proper pallet stacking and weight distribution
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Keep work areas clean and organized to prevent hazards
Qualifications
- No forklift experience required – we provide paid certification training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurement tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
