Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials efficiently.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues before and after each shift.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols strictly.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse managers regarding daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
