Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products for shipment according to customer orders and specifications.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and that packages meet quality and safety standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and update order statuses.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to comply with company and OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to improve workflow efficiency and resolve issues.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock organization, and the preparation of shipments for transport.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant warehouse experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners and handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
