Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and perform daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and report maintenance issues promptly
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Train on new equipment/processes as operations evolve
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company program)
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pass background/driving record screening
- Warehouse or logistics experience a plus
