Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in a 250,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (Sun-Thu)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
