Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the distribution center.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in inventory control and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift operating experience in a warehouse setting.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and accident prevention.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data.
