Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load, unload, and stage pallets and materials with precision and speed.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock verification.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse management.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
