Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise from the warehouse floor according to pick tickets, packing lists, and production orders.
- Package and label items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for interpreting pick tickets and labels.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
