Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and staging materials for shipment
- Participate in quarterly safety training and process improvements
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) or ability to obtain within 7 days
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and pallet counting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
