Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stage materials with precision and care.
- Perform routine pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure organized storage layouts.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in general warehouse duties including pallet wrapping, labeling, and order picking.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for long shifts.
