Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock organization for efficient picking.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections and safety checks on all equipment.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and palletizing.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (valid for sit-down and reach trucks).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
