Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all forklift equipment.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock areas.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with warehouse management to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Keep workstations clean and free of hazards to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Current, valid forklift operator certification (OSHA preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
