Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Order Picker, etc.) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and onto delivery trucks.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock according to company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and palletizing.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (CDL not required, but forklift experience is essential).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis facility.
