Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and update inventory systems using handheld scanners.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, organize stockrooms, and move pallets safely using warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace to prevent accidents.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as certified.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- License: Valid forklift certification is preferred but training can be provided.
