As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that products are processed, packaged, and shipped with precision. We provide paid training and a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time team members.
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against packing slips.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide on-site training.
- Reliable transportation to our Sacramento location.
