Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to 5S standards.
- Accurately document inventory movements and cycle counts using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
