Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and ensure stock levels are correct.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator License (Must provide certification).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
