Responsibilities
- Execute Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to strict guidelines and safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Verify item descriptions, quantities, and packaging integrity to prevent shipping errors.
- Labeling & Documentation: Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and packing slips correctly to ensure seamless delivery.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts and stock organization to maintain a tidy and efficient warehouse floor.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard packing machinery and handheld scanners.
- Space Optimization: Maximize storage space in bins and pallets to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic math skills for quantity verification, and the ability to follow instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
