Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to safely load and unload trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular stock counts and organizing storage areas.
- Inspect forklifts for maintenance needs and ensure all safety guards and equipment are functioning correctly.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent workplace accidents.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline operations and meet daily productivity targets.
- Prepare shipments for distribution and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator License (required).
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Strong physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent time management skills.
