Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and properly labeled to facilitate fast order processing.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic routine checks and cleaning of warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
