Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments from delivery trucks and railcars.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse and work area are clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and logistics coordinators.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator License (OSHA certified).
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
