As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently. We are currently hiring for our Charlotte, NC facility and are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join us immediately.
Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and pack orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (RF scanners, forklifts) according to safety protocols.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the US and pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
