Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Stock Organization: Sort, store, and retrieve merchandise in an organized manner to optimize warehouse flow.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory levels and update digital records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems are a plus.
- Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- License: Valid driver's license or ability to operate warehouse equipment is required.
