Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to move, stack, and organize materials.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance and operational readiness.
- Load and unload shipments accurately, verifying quantities against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (for reach trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
