Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Sit-down, Reach, Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and transport materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and labeling products according to company standards.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding forklift operation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience operating forklifts is highly desired; however, we offer on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain one immediately.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
