Responsibilities
- Pack and Ship Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using scanning technology and perform regular cycle counts.
- Load and Unload: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move goods in and out of the warehouse.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekdays.
- Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data entry.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for verbal communication with team leads and supervisors.
