Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and organize merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklift equipment before operation to ensure safety and functionality.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse aisles.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and goals.
- Complete daily paperwork and log maintenance or safety issues accurately.
Qualifications
- No previous forklift experience required; on-site training provided.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
