Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stage materials safely.
- Utilize RF scanners to verify inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Assist with bulk storage and organization of warehouse inventory.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator License (required for all positions).
- 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
