Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (RF Scanner experience preferred) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on forklifts and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or distribution.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (valid license/certification required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
