Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Ensure accuracy of all orders by verifying item numbers and quantities.
- Label packages correctly and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a temperature-controlled warehouse.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
