Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure inventory levels are up-to-date.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and handheld scanners, upon completion of training.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
