Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper placement.
- Stack and organize pallets to maximize warehouse space and safety standards.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as required by the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA preferred).
- 1+ years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
