Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Sit-down, Stand-up, Reach) safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues to management immediately.
- Organize warehouse inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dock and aisles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely shipping and receiving of goods.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) or valid license required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Strong physical stamina, dexterity, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
