Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock rotation in the cold storage environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory records.
- Perform physical labor including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS is advantageous.
- Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from 35°F to 40°F.
