Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing various material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license required; reach truck experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations and material handling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
