Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (reach trucks, forklifts, etc.) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as directed.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipment using shrink wrap and banding equipment.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License (not always required for warehouse, but good to have).
