As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely operate material handling equipment to load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory counts.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse management.
