Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and legally.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Unload trucks and verify shipments against bills of lading.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Forklift certification (Class A/B/C) is required.
