Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety protocols
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning, recording, and organization of warehouse stock
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading processes and meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and outdoor environments
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
