Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working condition.
- Load and unload trucks using proper rigging and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding inventory levels and logistical needs.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred).
- Forklift certification is a plus, but not required as we offer training.
