Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Prepare and package shipments for outbound delivery with accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be willing to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (we provide training for qualified applicants).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
