Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load and unload materials efficiently.
- Perform daily inventory checks, stock organization, and cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or unsafe conditions immediately.
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as palletizing and banding.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven track record of safety and reliability in a warehouse environment.
