Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and relocate materials within the warehouse
- Load/unload trucks and containers using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and physical counts
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets
- Assist in warehouse organization and cleanliness to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must possess reliable transportation to our Industrial Park location
