Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items from the warehouse floor according to digital order slips and strict quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and power jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Sort, label, and stage packages for shipping and delivery.
- Assist in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read order labels and pick lists accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
