Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select items from shelves and pack them securely for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient for daily operations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts including overtime.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
