Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure machinery is in safe working order.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against shipping manifests and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Assist with cross-docking and order picking processes as required.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow them strictly.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
