Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying inventory against shipping documents.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues.
- Organize and stack products according to safety guidelines and inventory management systems.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) or be willing to obtain one through our training program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a professional setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
