Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on all forklifts and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper organization of stock.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Handle heavy pallets and packages with precision, speed, and care.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including packaging and labeling.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends.
